About Me

Online Running Coach

I’m Víctor, an online trainer specialising in running and trail running. My passion for running and trail running, and suffering from the constant injuries typical of a runner, led me to want to study a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences.

After 12 years of experience as a trainer for runners and trail runners, I have been able to help more than 1,000 runners with my different programs to meet their challenges, overcome injuries and enjoy this sport.
